Maylen grew up in a family of cooks, eating and preparing fresh, vibrant and flavorful cuisine in her hometown of Puebla, Mexico. She believes food brings us together, and is uncompromising in her desire to share authentic, quality Mexican food with those around her. Maylen has lived outside Mexico for several years in the US and Asia, and currently lives in Tokyo with her husband and three children.
